CITYREEL Terms of Use
By registering for, accessing, or using CITYREEL, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental/legal guardian consent if you are under 18) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
CITYREEL provides a local search engine and business directory for municipalities, allowing users to discover and engage with local businesses. The platform also facilitates deal redemptions, rewards, and leaderboard engagement to drive local economic activity. CITYREEL does not sell goods or services directly but enables transactions between businesses and users.
Registration: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. CITYREEL is not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
Consent to Notifications: Upon signing up, you agree to receive push notifications from CITYREEL regarding promotions, deals, and rewards when following businesses or categories. Users can manage their notification preferences through the CITYREEL platform settings.
Businesses using CITYREEL must comply with local laws and regulations and honor all listed deals and rewards. CITYREEL reserves the right to remove businesses that fail to comply.
Redemptions: Users redeem deals by entering a unique code at participating businesses. Businesses process redemptions through their CITYREEL accounts.
No Guarantee of Availability: CITYREEL does not guarantee the availability of deals, rewards, or participating businesses at any given time.
No Refunds: CITYREEL does not process refunds. Issues related to deals must be resolved directly between users and businesses.
CITYREEL features leaderboards to track deal redemptions and user engagement. Rewards may be offered based on participation, but CITYREEL does not guarantee prizes. Businesses and municipalities may adjust rewards at their discretion.
By using CITYREEL, you agree not to:
- Violate any local, state, or federal laws.
- Use the Platform for fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes.
- Disrupt or attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality.
- Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or automated access.
Your use of CITYREEL is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
CITYREEL and its content, branding, and technology are the property of VREEL, Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
CITYREEL is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.
CITYREEL is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed any amount you have paid to CITYREEL in the past 12 months (if applicable).
You agree to indemnify and hold CITYREEL, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
